摘  要:动力黏度是天然气的重要物理性质,API技术手册中给出了高、低压状态下天然气动力黏度的计算公式,但较为繁琐复杂。为了简化计算公式,通过文献调研,采用公式组合修正和通用公式两种不同算法,给出了计算高、低压状态下天然气动力黏度方程,并通过API实验组分、大庆天然气公司天然气组分以及西气东输某分输站天然气组分对其进行了计算验证。计算结果显示:大庆天然气公司的天然气组分采用温度、压力修正方程组计算动力黏度时,与参考真值最大相对误差为0.970%;采用通用公式计算时,与参考真值最大相对误差为-2.51%。由此得出采用公式组合修正方法计算准确度较高;通用公式计算简便,相对误差也在允许的范围内。Dynamic viscosity is an important physical property of natural gas. Its calculation formulas under high and low pressure are given in the API technical manual,but the formulas are quite complicat-ed.In order to simplify the calculation formulas and based on the literature research,two different calcu-lation methods,namely the modified equation set and the general equation are used to provide the calcu-lation equation of the dynamic viscosity of natural gas under high and low pressure.And the two equa-tions are calculated and verified by API laboratory components,Daqing Natural Gas Company compo-nents and the components of a transportation station of West-East Gas Pipeline.The calculation results show that the maximum relative error is 0.910% by using the temperature and pressure modified equa-tion set to calculate dynamic viscosity in Daqing Natural Gas Company,and the maximum relative error is-2.51%by using the general equation.It is concluded that the modified equation set is more accurate in calculation,and the general equation is simple and its relative error is also within the allowable range.
