摘 要:往复式压缩机在石油天然气输送中具有十分重要的作用。往复式压缩机管道的振动是影响压缩机正常运行的一个重要因素。为分析往复式压缩机管道振动的特性,采用传递矩阵法建立了压缩机管道系统气柱固有频率的计算模型,通过气柱固有频率与压缩机基频对比发现,气柱固有频率为压缩机基频的整数倍。现场测试发现,管道振动强点的频率与压缩机基频或者气柱固有频率接近,说明管道系统的频率接近压缩机基频和气柱固有频率时,管道系统将发生共振。The reciprocating compressor plays very important role in the transportation of petroleum and natural gas. The vibration of the reciprocating compressor pipeline is an important factor affecting the normal operation of the compressor.In order to understand the characteristics of pipeline vibration of reciprocating compressor, a transfer matrix method is used to establish the calculation model of the gas column natural frequency for the compressor pipeline system.Through comparing the natural frequency of the gas column with the compressor fundamental frequency, it is found that the gas column natural frequency is an integer multiple of the compressor fundamental frequency.The field test finds that pipe-line vibration strong points and the compressor fundamental frequency or gas column natural frequency close to each other,indicating that when the frequency of the pipeline system is close to the compressor fundamental frequency and the gas column natural frequency,the pipeline system will resonate.
