摘 要:介绍一种遥控式辅助自动装药系统,该系统主要由自动送管器、寻孔机械臂、生产信息动态监控系统组成,可实现炮孔空间定位,自动送管、孔深测量,并对泵送装药速率和退管速度进行匹配性调节,同时可将装药统计信息、设备运行状态、安全状态监控和报警信息进行分类采集、存储和远程无线通讯。该系统能够降低爆破劳动强度、减少岗位定员,实现井下装药的远程信息化管理。This paper introduces a remote-controlled explosive charging-assisted system,which consists of an automatic hose pusher,a hole-searching robot arm and a production information dynamic monitoring system.The system can realize spatial localization of blast holes,automatic hose pushing and measurement of hole depth.It can adjust the rate of pulling the hose to match the explosive pumping and loading rate and also can respectively collect and store explosive loading information,equipment running state,security monitoring and alarm information and do remote wireless communication.The system can decrease labor intensity of blasting and staff required for blasting posts and realize remote information management of underground explosive charging.
