摘  要:目的:分析瑶药中妇产科用药的规律及特色。方法:对《中国现代瑶药》记载的有关妇产科药物进行查找、分类及统计分析。结果:用于治疗妇产科疾病的药物共111味,可分为老班药、其他常用瑶药。老班药又分"五虎"、"九牛"、"十八钻"、"七十二风"。主要治疗的疾病有月经不调、产后风、痛经、闭经、带下病、崩漏、产后虚弱等;药性可分为寒、热、温、凉、平;药味可分为酸、苦、甘、辛、咸、淡、涩、香;毒性可分为大毒、小毒、有毒、无毒、其他等。结论:瑶药中妇产科用药以"十八钻""七十二风"和其他常用瑶药应用较多,对于妇产科病症的治疗基本涵盖,可能与瑶族居民所生活的地理、气候环境和妇女的特点有关。Objective:To study the rule of Yao medicine used in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods:According to the record of "the Chinese modern Yao medicine",we researched,classified and analyzed drugs used in the gynecology and obstetrics.Results:There are totally 111 kinds of drugs for the treatment of gynecology and obstetrics diseases.That can be divided into the "Laoban medicine",and commonly used Yao medicine.Laoban medicine is including "five Tigers", "nine Oxen", "eighteen Drills" and "seventy-two Winds". They were mainly used in treatment of irregular menstruation,postpartum style,dysmenorrhea,amenorrhea,leukorrheal diseases,uterine bleeding,postpartum weakness etc.Drug properties can be divided into cold,hot,warm,cool and flat.The tastes of drug are including acid, bitter, sweet,spicy,salty,fresh,fragrant and astringent.According to drugs toxicity,drugs can be classified into the most toxin drugs,less toxin drug,toxic and non-toxic drug.Conclusion:Most Yao medicine used in this filed belong to "Eighteen Drills", "Seventy-two wind". The other common Yao medicine widely may be related to the characteristic of geography,climate,environment which that women who live in Yao nationality.
