摘 要:利用平板的剪切阻抗大于弯曲阻抗的原理,提出一种立式板架隔振基座。以耐压壳体均方速度响应和输入阻抗为考核对象,计算分析不同结构形式对其隔振性能的影响,并开展了模型试验。研究表明测试与仿真数据反映的变化趋势是一致的,该立式板架基座形成了高低阻抗失配的振动传递路径,能减少振动能量向船体的传递,具有较好的减隔振效果。By applying the basic principle that shear resistance of a plate is greater than its bending resistance, an isolation base with vertical frame is proposed. Inner shell's mean square velocity response and input impedance is investigated, and influence of different structural forms on the isolation performance is calculated. Model test is carried out, and test and simulation results are consistent. It is concluded that the base with vertical frame forms a vibration transferring path with high or low impedance mismatch, which reduces the transition of vibration energy to the hull, and has a better effect on vibration isolation.
