摘 要:永磁直线同步电机与普通的直线异步电机相比,具有效率高、输出力矩大、体积小、易于控制等优点,极大地提高了进给系统的快速响应性和运动精度,成为新一代超精密机床中最具有代表的技术。但其结构工艺、控制方法及策略直接影响直线电机的应用与推广。该文根据永磁直线同步电机控制特点,分析了永磁直线同步电机特点及工作原理,结合国内外基于永磁直线同步电机的相关文献,综述了新型永磁直线同步电机控制技术发展概况,并阐述了经典及现代的各种控制策略。Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor has the advantages of high efficien- cy, large output torque, small volume and easy control compared with common linear asyn- chronous motor. It greatly improves quick responsiveness and movement precision of the feed system, and becomes'the most representative technology in a new generation of ultra precision machine tool. But its structural technology, control method and strategy directly affect its appli- cation and popularity. Based on the control characteristics of the motor, this paper analyzes its characteristics and working principle, summarizes the development situation of control technology of the new permanent magnet linear synchronous motor by combining with the related litera- ture of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor at home and abroad, and describes various classical and modem control strategy.
