摘　　要：某电厂水轮发电机在运行10年后,定子铁心需要重新叠装定子冲片,为了缩短更换周期,需要重新使用拆卸后的铁心冲片。冲片表面漆膜的介电性能和机械性能是冲片能否可以继续使用的关键,需通过试验数据进行分析与判定。此研究成果也可作为已运行机组定子冲片绝缘漆膜质量判定的参考。Stator core punching of hydro-generator in a power station should be rewound after ten yearg operating. In order to shorten the renewal periodic time, some of the disassem- bled iron core punching should be used again. The dielectric and mechanical performances of varnish film on the surface of punching is most key to judge whether the punching can be used again or not, and they should be analyzed and judged based on test data. The research result of this paper can also be used as a quality judgment reference of stator punching insulation varnish film of post-operation generator.
