摘  要:毫米波无线通信是提高第五代移动通信(5G)数据传输速率的关键技术之一。搭建高频段无线信道测量系统,研究不同频段和场景下的电波传播特性是建立高频信道模型的基础。结合目前国内外信道测量方案,重点介绍了几种基于旋转高增益定向天线的频域和时域虚拟多天线信道测量系统,分析了其在应用过程中需要考虑的问题。此外,还可通过射线跟踪技术仿真得到特定场景的信道冲激响应,弥补了实测成本高和实施难度大的不足。最后,总结了目前高频段信道测量和仿真结果,并展望了还有待深入研究的方向。Millimeter wave (mmWave) wireless communication is the one of the key techniques to enhance data transmission rate for 5G mobile communications. To build the high frequency band wireless channel measurement system and investigate the propagation characteristics of radio wave in different bands and scenarios are the foundation to build the high frequency channel model. Considering the channel measurement solutions at home and abroad, several virtual multi-antenna channel measurement systems in IYequency domain and time domain based on rotatable high-gain directional antenna were addressed. Some problems in their applications were analyzed. In addition, the channel impulse response in specific scenario was derived based on ray tracing technique. This compensates the drawbacks in high testing cost and great implementation difficulty. Finally, the high frequency band channel measurement and simulation results were summarized and the potential research directions were prospected.
