新农保对农村中老年人劳动供给行为的影响——基于PSM-DID方法的研究

摘　　要：利用中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)数据,选取PSM-DID方法考察其他条件相似时,参保组与对照组在总劳动时间、农业劳动时间供给上存在的差异。结果表明:新农保对农村中老年人的劳动力供给行为不存在显著影响,但新农保对不同年龄段劳动供给行为的影响具有异质性。参加新农保有效减少了60岁及以上农户的总劳动时间和农业劳动时间;但参加新农保不会影响60岁以下农户的农业劳动时间,但能够增加其总劳动时间。Using CHARLS data,this paper tries to study the difference of labor supply between treatment group and control group,which is based on PSM-DID. It shows that there does not exist significant effects of joining New Rural Pension Program on the behavior of middle aged and elderly people＇s labor supply. However,the influence of the New Rural Pension Program on the labor supply is different between age-groups. It helps to decrease the labor supply time of people who is 60 years of age or older,while it increases the total labor supply time of people under 60 and has no effect on their labor time on agriculture production.
