摘 要:在分析SRM振动产生的原因基础上,根据电磁能量守恒方程和麦克斯韦张量法分析径向力的影响因素,提出在定子齿顶部开设矩形槽的方法。通过定子齿开槽,改变定/转子重叠部分磁力线的方向,从而减小径向磁密、增大切向磁密。分析了开槽宽度和开槽深度对减小径向力的影响,通过有限元分析获得样机的最优开槽尺寸。相比于传统结构,开槽定子结构气隙的径向磁密降低了4.2%,切向磁密增加了7.4%;在平均转矩下降1.43%时,径向力波峰值下降了32.25%,转矩脉动下降了5.42%。为了拓宽电机的速度范围,降低因共振引起的振动噪声,在环形定子轭的周边外接正8边形结构,通过改变定子轭形状和厚度以增大定子的固有频率。The causes of the SRM' s vibration was analysed, according to the influence factor of the radial force by the electromagnetic energy conservation equation and the Maxwell tensor method, a method was presented about opening a rec- tangular slot in the stator tooth top. The stator slot changes the direction of the magnetic field lines at the stator/rotor over- lap part, thereby reducing the radial flux density increases, and increasing the tangential flux density. The influence of slot' s width and depth on reducing the radial force was introduced, and the optimal slot' s size of prototype is obtained by finite element analysis. Compared with the traditional stator structure, the radial magnetic flux density of slotted stator de- creased by 4.2%, and the tangential magnetic flux density increases by 7.4% ; the average torque decreases by 1.43% , while the radial force wave peak and the torque ripple was decreased 32.25% and 5.42% respectively. In order to widen the motor speed range and reduced vibrating noise caused by resonance, a regular octagon structure was connected to pe- riphery of stator yoke, and the natural frequency of the stator is increased by changing the shape and the thickness of the stator yoke.
