摘  要:针对电动汽车用基于内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)的驱动系统的安全运行问题,提出了一种电动汽车用IPMSM匝间短路故障(ISCF)检测技术。新型检测算法属于一种复合检测技术,综合集成了在线检测和离线检测两种方案,进而检测性能大大优化。其中在线检测部分使用了迭代运算形式,因而降低了计算负担,可嵌入到变频器的控制器中,而无需附加硬件。为了提高离线检测性能,使用了高频电压注入来放大故障特征。最后,基于IPMSM驱动试验平台,进行了ISCF模拟试验,试验结果验证了新型检测算法的有效性。In order to solve the problem of the safe operation of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drive system, a interturn short-circuit fault (ISCF) diagnosis technology was proposed for IPMSM in EV system. The new detection technology integrates the on-line detection and off-line detection, which was a kind of compound detec- tion technology. For online detection, the iterative operation was used to reduce the computational burden, and could be embedded into the controller of the inverter without additional hardware. In order to improve the performance of off-line de- tection, high frequency voltage injection was used to amplify the fault characteristics. Based on the IPMSM drive test plat- form, the test of the interturn short circuit fault test was carried out. The experimental results verify the validity of the new fault diagnosis technology.
