摘　　要：本文首先介绍一个生物素干扰甲状腺指标检验，结果误诊为Graves病甲状腺功能亢进症的临床实例，并借此思考正确诊断甲状腺疾病的要素，倡导坚持以患者为中心，重视化验单之外的信息，合理看待辅助检查在疾病诊断中的权重。We report a young woman who was misdiagnosed as Graves＇ hyperthyroidism due to biotin immunoassay interference. Base on this case, essentials for diagnosis of thyroid diseases are discussed. We propose that in the clinical practice, a patient-centered professionalism should be consistently followed, and information other than laboratory findings should be valued.
