摘 要:暂态地电压法已广泛应用于高压开关柜的局部放电检测中,主要是通过检测获得局部放电幅值和脉冲数。然而,在缺陷严重程度和缺陷性质的诊断以及缺陷定位方面的效果及实用性还有待进一步评估。通过建立开关柜模型以及放电模型,仿真研究了开关柜外表面不同位置的暂态地电压幅值与放电源脉冲宽度和强度的关系。结果表明暂态地电压法适宜于诊断缺陷的严重程度,而对于缺陷性质诊断及缺陷定位却效果较差。Transient earth voltage ( TEV } method has been used extensively in the partial discharge detection of high-voltage switch cabinets. The amplitude and number of pulses of partial discharge are obtained through detection. However, effect and practicability of its diagnosis of the severity and nature of the defect as well as defect location still needs further evaluation. The relationship between the TEV amplitude at various positions of the external surface of the switch cabinet on one side and the pulse width and intensity of the discharge source on the other side are simulated and studied through the established switch cabinet model and discharge model. The results show that theTEV approach is suitable for the diagnosis of defect severity, but produces poor effect on the diagnosis of the natureor location of the defect.
