摘　　要：基于2014年"城乡居民社会调查"数据,从微观与宏观层次分析了农民工的公平感,并从实证角度检验了其影响因素及社会心理后果。分析发现:农民工的宏观公平感要高于微观公平感;两类公平感的影响因素存在差异,微观公平感主要由相对收入决定,与老家居民或城市居民的比较优势均能提升其公平感,而宏观公平感有赖于日常生活体验,感知社会距离越大公平感越低。以冲突感为指标考察农民工公平感对社会心理的影响,发现微观和宏观公平感均会有效缓解社会冲突感,但影响力不同,并且宏观公平感在微观公平感与社会冲突感的影响过程中起到部分中介作用。农民工的公平感与社会冲突感之间有密切联系,公平感的下降往往会带来社会怨恨和冲突的增强,如果处理不当可能会引起群体性事件,因此,应高度重视农民工的公平感及社会心理后果。Based on the data of＂urban and rural residents social survey＂in 2014,this paper measures the sense of migrant workers＇ justice from micro and macro levels,and examines its sources and consequences from an empirical point of view.It is found that migrant workers＇ sense of macrojustice is higher than that of microjustice,and the factors shaping two kinds of justice are different.The sense of microjustice is mainly decided by the relative income,and comparative advantages over native residents or city residents can raise its level.While the sense of macrojustice still needs the test of life experience,and the more perceived social distance the more unfavorable.Further,the study on the sense of conflict,which is a representative index to examine the influence of migrant workers＇ sense of justice on their social psychology,shows the senses of macro and microjustice will both effectively alleviate social conflicts,despite the different influence.Besides,the sense of macrojustice plays an intermediary role in mutual influence of sense of microjustice and social conflict.Accordingly,the level distinction and social consequences of migrant workers＇ sense of justice should be highly valued.
