摘  要:设计了一种深海推进用6 k W充油式永磁无刷直流电机。介绍了充油式永磁无刷直流电机的结构特点,研究了电机主要尺寸的计算方法,电磁负荷的选取,定转子的结构特点及设计方法,永磁体的设计方法。根据深海潜水器的技术要求用等效磁路法初步确定永磁无刷直流电机的基本参数,再使用Ansoft Maxwell 2D建立了电机的二维有限元分析模型,分析电机在空载与额定负载情况下的性能。最后,分析了电机的齿槽转矩,给出了降低齿槽转矩常用的几种方法。A 6 kW oil-filled permanent magnet brushless DC motor is designed. In this paper, the structure characteristics of oil-filled BLDC motor is presented; the calculation method of motormain dimensions is caculated; the selection of electromagnetic load, the structure characteristics and design method of the stator and rotor; the design method of the permanent magnet is studied. The basic pa- rameters of the BLDC motor are determined by the equivalent magnetic circuit method according to the technical requirements. Then the finite element analysis model of the motor is established in Ansoft Maxwell 2D. The performance of the motor under the no-load and rated load condition is analyzed, Finally, it analyzes the cogging torque of the motor and presents several methods of reducing it.
