我院门诊儿童输液药房的建立与实践体会

摘　　要：目的:优化患儿的输液流程,充分发挥医院药师的专业作用,保证儿童输液安全及合理用药。方法:在我院门诊儿童输液中心建立儿童输液药房,实现处方审核、药师调剂、核对发药、护士配置液体、穿刺输液五步一站式服务。结果:儿童输液药房的建立与运行,减少了患儿排队的次数和时间,提升了药师的药学服务质量,提高了护士的工作效率,为儿童输液安全及合理用药提供了保障。结论:建立门诊儿童输液药房以优化儿童输液流程,有利于药师与医护人员之间的沟通,合理利用医疗资源,提高医疗服务质量和合理用药水平。Objective： Optimize the infusion process of child patient,give full play to the professional knowledge of hospital pharmacists,to ensure the safety of children infusion and rational use of drugs.Methods： To establish children＇s infusion pharmacy in our children＇s infusion center.Realized prescription examination,pharmacists dispensing,checking drug delivery,nurse allocation of liquid,puncture infusion five steps to one stop service.Results： The establishment and operation of children infusion pharmacy,reduced the number and time of queuing,improved the pharmacist pharmacy service quality and the work efficiency of nurses,provided a guarantee for the safe and rational use of drug infusion in children.Conclusion： The establishment of children＇s infusion pharmacy can optimize the flow of infusion for children,can facilitate the communication between pharmacists and medical staff,can make rational use of medical resources,and can improve the quality of medical service and the level of rational use of drugs.
