摘　　要：目的:利用Levey-Jennings质量控制工具,使用质控限分析某儿童医院住院患者医院感染例次率,为是否对临床科室采取医院感染干预措施提供参考依据。方法:该研究引进质控限的质量控制管理和预警化管理理念,通过医院感染管理软件收集我院某科室2014年1月1日至2015年12月31日住院患者医院感染例次率,计算出医院感染例次率平均值、临界值、预警值和失控值,利用该质控限分析2016年医院感染例次率,实现对临床科室的医院感染预警化管理。结果:该科室2年医院感染例次率平均值、临界值、预警值和失控值分别为1.27%、2.00%、2.73%和3.46%,作为2016年医院感染例次率的质控限;医院利用该质控限对2016年医院感染例次率进行分析,成功整改并降低该科室医院感染例次率。结论:利用质控限对医院感染病例监测的方法,可对各科室医院感染质量及时预警和调控,有效降低医院感染例次率,是医院感染管理的新思路和模式。Objective： To analyze the case rate of hospitalized children with hospital infection in children＇s hospital by using LeveyJennings quality control tools,then provide a reference basis whether the clinical departments take infection intervention measures.Methods： The research introduced quality control management and forewarning management concept,through nosocomial infection management software to collect the case rate of hospitalized children with nosocomial infection in a department from January 1,2014 to December 31,2015,calculated the average case rate of nosocomial infection,the critical value,warning value and out of control value.Used the limit analysis of the quality control to analyze the case rate of nosocomial infection in 2016 cases,realize the early warning management for clinical departments of nosocomial infection.Results： The average case rate,critical value,warning value and out of control value of nosocomial infection were 1.27%,2.00%,2.73% and 3.46% in these two years respectively,which as quality control limit of case rate of nosocomial infection in 2016.Hospitals using the quality control limit to analyze the cases rate of infection in 2016 had successful improvement and decreased the cases rate of a department of nosocomial infection.Conclusion： Using the method of quality control of the nosocomial infection monitoring limited can contribute to the timely forewarning and regulat the nosocomial infection management quality,reduce the case rate of nosocomial infection effectively.This is a new way of thinking and pattern of the nosocomial infection management.
