摘  要:目的探索体外受精(IVF)/卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)新鲜分裂期胚胎移植周期中不同商品化胚胎培养液(Cook、Vitrolife)对新生儿出生体重及身长的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年8月~2015年12月于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院生殖医学中心行IVF/ICSI术移植双分裂期胚胎成功分娩的1441例患者临床资料。根据分娩胎数和胚胎培养液不同进行分组,单胎周期和双胎周期分别分为Cook组和Vitrolife组。分别比较单胎组和双胎组中两种培养液培养后新生儿的出生体重和身长。结果单胎组中,Cook组新生儿出生体重及身长较Vitrolife组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);双胎组中,Cook组新生儿出生体重及身长较Vitrolife组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种商品化胚胎培养液(Cook、Vitrolife)在IVF/ICSI新鲜分裂期胚胎移植周期中对新生儿出生体重和身长无显著性影响。Objective To investigate the effect of two commercial embryo culture media (Cook, Vitrolife) on the birth- weight and length of newborns after fresh embryo transfer in IVF/ICSI. Methods The data of 1441 patients conceived through IVF/ICSI in Reproductive Medicine Center, the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from August 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the fetal number and embryo culture media, these patients were divided into two groups: singletons group and twins group, both the two groups included Cook and Vitrolife subgroups. The birthweight and length of newborns were compared in singletons and twins groups. Results There were no significant differences in birthweight and length of the newborns between the Cook and Vitrolife subgroups in singletons group (P 〉 0.05); while there were no significant differences in birthweight and length between the Cook and Vitrolife subgroups in twins group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion It can be concluded that embryos cultured in Cook and Vitrolife media after fresh cleavage embryo transfer do not affect the birthweight and length of newborns.
