摘  要:原油、天然气长输管道通径检测是长输管道施工过程中必须要做的常规检验之一,其目的在于发现施工过程可能引起的管道异常变形。基于激光传感器等技术的结合,研发了新型非接触式智能通径检测器,弥补了传统的接触式(机械式)通径检测器不足之处,提高了管道内壁变形缺陷识别、数据采集以及变形量大小、变形点位置分析处理的准确性,据此进行开挖作业,对管道及时修整,消除事故隐患,为油气长输管道这个能源大通道的安全生产运行提供保障。重点介绍了非接触式管道智能通径检测器机械系统的功能及设计方法。The caliper test for the long-distance transportation pipe of crude oil and natural gas is one of the necessary test among long-distance transportation pipe construction. The purpose is to find the potential anomalous deformation during construction. We set inspecting the integrity of the size for inner caliper of installed pipe as objective. The new detector overcomes the flaws from traditional contact(mechanical) caliper detector caused by unstable process status such as information distortion, probes wearing, high cost during production and maintenance, poor throughput and so on. The new detector also improved the precision for the detection of deformation of the inner wall of the pipe, data collection, the magnitude of transformation, and the analysis for the point of deformation. Starting digging process based on this the new detector can help fixing the pipe timely, eliminating potential hazard, guaranteeing the safe production for the long-distance oil and gas transportation pipe. This article emphasize introducing the function and design method of frame of the new non-contact smart caliper detector.
