摘　　要：在稠油生产过程中,旋转活塞泵是给稠油进行提升和加压的主要设备之一,但是,在运行及维护过程中,经常出现员工在旋转活塞泵启动操作前不盘泵、旋转活塞泵维修时泵腔积液排放困难、更换机械密封转子安装劳动强度大、耗时长等现象,通过对以上问题进行分析并经过发明多项专用工具解决这些问题,最终达到减轻员工劳动强度,消除安全隐患的目的,保证了安全正常生产。In process of heavy oil production,rotary piston pump is one of the main equipment for heavy oil,lifting and compression but in the process of operation and maintenance,operating workers often doesn't check before the start of rotary piston pump,as a result, rotary piston pump repair would lead to pump cavity effusion's difficult discharge,and the replacement of mechanical seals rotor installation would be hard and time-consuming,through the analysis of the above problems and after a number of invention of special tools, these problems are solved,so as to reduce the labor intensity of workers,eliminate security risks,ensure the safety and normal production.
