不同药物联合地佐辛用于宫腔镜手术麻醉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较不同药物联合地佐辛用于宫腔镜手术的麻醉效果。方法选择2015年12月~2017年2月我院收治的具有宫腔镜手术适应证患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用右美托咪定联合地佐辛麻醉,研究组采用丙泊酚联合地佐辛麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果、不同时段的疼痛程度、术中各项生命体征相关指标、不良反应发生率。结果研究组的麻醉起效时间、定向力恢复时间、睁眼时间明显短于对照组,不同时段的疼痛程度评分、不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且术中各项生命体征相关指标明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论丙泊酚联合地佐辛用于宫腔镜手术的麻醉效果更显著,既可减轻不同时段的疼痛程度,又可保证患者的舒适度,不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the anesthesia effect of different drugs combined with Dezocine for hysteroscopic anesthesia.Methods 80 p atients with hysteroscopic operation indications admitted into our hospital from December2015 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects.All Patients were divided into the control group（n=40） and study group（n=40） using the random number table method.The control group was given Dexmedetomidine combined with Dezocine anesthesia,while the study group was given Propofol combined with Dezocine anesthesia.The anesthesia effect,the degree of pain in different periods,the indexes related to vital signs and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The anesthesia onset time,the recovery time of directional force,the time of open eyes in the study group were obviously shorter than those of the control group,the pain degree score in different periods and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those of the study group（P 0.05）,and the indexes related to vital signs in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The anesthesia effect of Propofol combined with Dezocine applied hysteroscopic operation is obviously significant,which can redlieve the pain degree in different time periods and ensure the patients′ comfort degree,and the adverse reaction is fewer with a higher safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
