关节镜治疗原发性冻结肩的围术期护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜治疗原发性冻结肩围术期护理干预的特点。方法选取2014年4月~2016年9月我院收治的48例原发性冻结肩患者作为研究对象,利用动态随机法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组24例。对照组患者围术期采取常规护理方式,观察组患者围术期采取护理干预方式。随访1个月,评估两组患者术后1周及术后1个月的ASES评分、NPIS评分、焦虑评分及满意度。结果观察组患者术后1周及术后1个月的ASES评分、满意度高于对照组,NPIS评分、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后患者症状明显改善。结论针对原发性冻结肩关节镜手术治疗的特点,采取相应的围术期护理干预,能维持手术治疗效果,患者焦虑程度小,疼痛减轻,术后活动度好,满意度高,肩关节功能得到改善。Objective To investigate the characteristics of perioperative nursing intervention effect on treating primary frozen shoulders under arthroscope.Methods From April 2014 to September 2016,48 patients with primary frozen shoulders admitted to our hospital were evenly divided into observation group and control group by dynamic stochastic method,24 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode during the perioperative period,while perioperative nursing intervention mode was adopted in the observation group.After one-month follow-up visits,scores of ASES,NPIS,anxiety and satisfaction one week and one month after surgeries were evaluated in the two groups.Results The ASES score and satisfaction of the patients in the observation group 1 week after surgery and 1 month after surgery scored were higher than the control group,while the NPIS score and anxiety score were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the symptoms of the patients were significantly improved after treatment.Conclusion According to the characteristics of primary frozen shoulder patients treated with arthroscopic surgery,application of the corresponding perioperative nursing intervention can maintain the surgical effect,the patient has less anxious,relieve the pain,the postoperative activity is good,the satisfaction is high and the function of shoulder joint is improved.
