摘 要:目的探讨微创锁定加压钢板内固定改善肱骨近端骨折患者肩关节功能的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月~2017年6月收治的60例肱骨近端骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组行肩外侧小切口闭合复位联合微创常规锁定钢板内固定,观察组行肩外侧小切口闭合复位联合微创锁定加压钢板内固定。比较两组的Neer肩关节功能评分、QOL评分、肩关节功能评分、并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间。结果观察组的Neer肩关节功能评分、QOL评分、肩关节功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创锁定加压钢板内固定能够改善肱骨近端骨折患者肩关节功能,值得深入研究。Objective To explore the influence of minimally invasive locking plate fixation on improvement of the func- tion of shoulder joint in patients with proximal humerus fractures.Methods 60 cases of proximal humerus fractures re- ceived in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and all patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods.In the control group,the inci- sional reduction of the lateral incision combined with the minimally invasive conventional locking plate was used,the observation group was treated with the small incision closure and the minimally invasive locking plate.The scores of Neer shoulder joint function,QOL score,shoulder joint function score,the incidence rate of complication and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Neer shoulder joint funetion,QOL score and shoulder function joint score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with signif- icant difference (P〈0.OS).The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was signifi- cantly shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive locking plate fixation can improve the function of shoulder joint in patients with proximal humerus fractures,which is worthy of further study.
