摘　　要：目的探讨髋关节全范围运动对宫颈癌患者术后淋巴水肿的预防效果。方法将宫颈癌术后患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用宫颈癌术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加髋关节全范围运动疗法6个月。结果出院6个月后观察组大腿中段周径、小腿周径及淋巴水肿发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论髋关节全范围运动能够降低宫颈癌患者术后下肢淋巴水肿发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of active hip joint mobilization on prevention of lower-extremity lymphedema after cervical cancer surgery. Methods Totally, 120 patients with cervical cancer undergoing radical hysterectomy were randomly assigned into an observation group and a control group of 60, receiving either active hip joint mobilization for six months or traditional postoperative care. Results The mid-thigh circumference and calf circumference, as well as incidence of lower extremity lymphedema in the obser vation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Active hip joint mobilization can reduce incidence of lowe-extremity lymphedema in patients after cervical cancer surgery and improve their quality of life.
