健康成年人拇内收肌厚度研究

摘　　要：目的通过对健康成年人拇内收肌厚度值测量,初建国内健康人群各年龄段拇内收肌厚度参考值。方法采用便利抽样法抽取参加体检的人员、医院病房陪护人员及实习护生共1 000人,首先进行营养评估并测量身高、体质量,计算体质指数,将符合纳入标准的研究对象859人,按性别与年龄分10组,统一使用皮褶厚度计测量惯用手、非惯用手拇内收肌厚度。结果 41~50岁、51~60岁、61~70岁3个年龄组的双手拇内收肌厚度均显著高于18~30岁年龄组、31~40岁年龄组;在同一年龄段,男性拇内收肌厚度显著高于女性;同年龄段同性别人群中,惯用手拇内收肌厚度显著高于非惯用手;健康成年人惯用手与非惯用手拇内收肌厚度值与身高、体质量、BMI呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论拇内收肌厚度值各年龄段、性别之间、惯用手与非惯用手均有不同,其参考值可为临床营养评估提供参考。Objective To form the reference values of thickness of adductor pollicis muscle for all ages of healthy adults in China based on healthy adults measurements. Methods A total of 1 000 healthy adults, including people taking medical examination at a medical examination center, patient companions from hospital wards, and nursing interns, were assessed with Subjective Global Assessment（SGA） and measured for height and weight to calculate BMI. Then 859 were included and grouped by ages and genders, and the thickness of adductor pollicis muscle in dominant and non-dominant hands was measured with a skinfold caliper. Results The thickness of adductor pollicis muscle in 41-to-50-year group, 51-to-60-year group, and 61-to 70 year group was thicker than in 18- to-30-year group, and 31-to-40-year group; the measurements of thickness of the adductor muscle in both sides were always signifi cantly higher in males in various age groups than females; in the same age group, the thickness of adductor pollicis muscle in domi nant hand was thicker than non-dominant hand; correlations between dominant or non-dominant hand measurements and other variables, such as weight, height and BMI were significant （P〈0. 01 for all）. Conclusion The measurements of thickness of adductor pollicis muscle are different betweet ages or genders or hands. The reference values would provide the basis for evaluation of clinical nutrition.
