摘　　要：中提及的问题,下面以常见的保护连接、双重绝缘和加强绝缘措施为例,参考GB 4793.1-2007附录D中的电路防护,利用图1对是否需要进行保护接地阻抗测试进行分情况讨论。According to national standards for the protection of GB 4793.1-2007 provisions of the grounding impedance, expounds the protection of in vitro diagnostic device grounding resistance test in a common problem： for grounding the accessible parts of the grounding impedance impedance protection, does not meet the standard requirements; but the net power supply part and the internal circuit of the between the measuring points to meet the double or reinforced insulation requirements, contact current and the test points on a single fault conditions did not exceed the standard limits. In view of this situation, this paper from the standard understanding, analysis and examples of circuit protection point of view, clarify the circumstances under which the need for protection of grounding resistance test, and the problems mentioned in the double or reinforced insulation protective measures for safety and acceptability.
