摘 要:研制一种新型抽出式氧化锆氧分析仪并对其性能进行测试分析。仪器研制主要通过负压抽气泵结构设计、研制,氧化锆敏感元件的研制、性能测试,整套仪器的装配及性能测试等步骤完成。结果表明:氧化锆敏感元件能承受8次以上热震冲击,对空气无氧差电势在±1.0 m V之间;负压抽气泵所用压缩空气流量在20~30 L/min范围时,可将920℃测氧点气温降低至最佳温区300~500℃,氧信号的响应时间在6 s以内,该新型抽出式氧化锆氧分析仪寿命大于18个月。This paper developed a new drawer-type zirconia oxygen analyzer whose performance was analyzed.The instrument was developed by injection pump structure,the zirconia sensor and the analyzer equipment assemblers whose performance test analysis were done.The results show that the oxygen sensitive element can be able to withstand more than 8 times thermal shock impact,the electric potential was in ±1.0 m V via testing air,the injection pump that the exhaust gas flow was in 20 to 30 L/min can be reduced the temperature from 920 ℃ to the best temperature range 300 ~ 500 ℃ and the response time of the oxygen sensors is within 6 s.The life of the instrument is more than 18 months.
