摘　　要：针对漠大线清管作业过程中运行参数异常变化情况,根据SCADA系统工艺参数变化趋势分析了压力流量异常的可能原因,采用压力梯度法对疑似泄漏点进行定位,定位结果验证了加格达奇出站流量测量不准确,压力流量的变化是由清管作业导致的。根据超声波流量计的测量原理和影响因素,分析了清管作业过程中加格达奇站流量测量不准确的原因。最后,对漠大线运行参数异常的原因分析进行了总结,并给出了清管作业过程中的运行分析建议。For the operation parameter abnormal changes situation of the Mo-Da crude oil pipeline in the pigging operation,possible causes were analyzed according to the changing trends of the pressure and flowrate parameters from SCADA system,and leak position of suspected leakage was located using the pressure gradient method,the result verified that the outlet flowrate of Jiagedaqi pump station was inaccurate,the changes of pressure and flowrate were caused by pigging operation. The cause of inaccuracy measurement of flowrate of Jiagedaqi pump station in pigging operation was analyzed,according to the measuring principle and influencing factors of ultrasonic flowmeter. Finally,the causes of the abnormal operation parameters of Mo-Da crude oil pipeline were summarized,and some suggestions for operation analysis in pigging process were given.
