铁水预脱硫在安钢的应用效果分析

摘　　要：主要介绍了铁水预处理脱硫工艺在安钢的应用现状,通过结合实际生产数据,对比分析了铁水预处理和LF精炼的脱硫能力、脱硫效果和脱硫成本。认为铁水预脱硫和LF均具有较强的脱硫能力,预处理脱硫成本低于LF,但在过铁水预处理+LF精炼工序的多数钢种中,铁水预处理脱硫工序的实际脱硫效率不高(实际脱硫率仅为26.2%),综合来看反而增加了生产成本。In this paper,the application status of hot metal pre-desulfurization process in Anyang Steel is introduced.The desulphurization capacity,desulphurization effect and desulfurization cost of molten iron pretreatment and LF refining are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the effect of desulfurization and the cost is lower than LF,but in the majority of steels in the superfine treatment ＋ LF refining process,the actual desulfurization efficiency of the hot metal pret-desulfurization process is not high（the actual desulfurization rate is only 26.2%）,but instead increases the production cost.
