摘　　要：主要介绍了在企业中能源量产出与消耗之间的平衡关系,及建立平衡数据的重要性、平衡设计上需要注意问题和改进方法等。通过对数据平衡的分析来发现问题、处理问题,能够及时有效的在各分厂能源量生产和消耗上进行合理配比,杜绝浪费,达到生产效益最大化。This paper mainly introduces the balance relationship between energy output and consumption in the enterprise,and the importance of establishing the balance data,the problems needing attention in the balance design and the improvement methods.Through the analysis of the data balance to find problems and solve problems,it can be timely and effective in the production and consumption of energy consumption of each branch on a reasonable ratio,eliminate waste,to maximize production efficiency.
