摘　　要：目的:建立医院门诊"一对一"健康教育,缓解围绝经期妇女临床症状。方法:将前来白银市第一人民医院门诊就诊的162例围绝经期妇女纳入研究,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者81例,研究组提供"一对一"健康教育加药物治疗,对照组门诊常规药物治疗。干预6个月后,比较两组患者的临床症状。结果:两组患者入组第一天分别发放《国内改良Kupperman标准评分法》进行评定,两组患者入组时症状严重程度相仿(P>0.05),6个月后发放《国内改良Kupperman标准评分法》问卷调查,两组患者关节酸痛、阴道不适、性交不适症状无差异(P>0.05),其他症状均有明显改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建立"一对一"健康教育减轻了围绝经期妇女的临床症状,提高了生活质量。Objective：To establish a hospital outpatient service ＂one to one＂ health education, relieve clinical symptoms of perimenopausal women. Methods： 162 cases to come to the first people＇s hospital outpatient clinic of baiyin perimenopausal women into standard, were randomly divided into research group and the control group, each group of 81 cases of patients, the team to provide ＂one to one＂ health education and drug treatment, control group outpatient routine drug treatment. Intervention after six months, compared two groups of patients with clinical symptoms. Results： two groups of patients into the group, the first day of issuing the modified Kupperman domestic standard evaluation method to assess, two groups of patients into groups of similar symptom severity （P 〉 0. 05）, and six months after issuing the act of modified Kupperman domestic standard score, two groups of patients with joint pain, vaginal discomfort, sexual intercourse symptoms no difference （P 〉 0. 05）, other symptoms were significantly improved, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： to establish a ＂one to one＂ health education reduced the perimenopausal women＇s clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life.
