美式整脊治疗非周期性乳腺疼痛59例

摘　　要：目的:评价以美式整脊治疗为主的治疗方法对乳腺疼痛的疗效。方法:将122例非周期性乳腺疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组为59人,实施美式整脊治疗加口服乳腺增生药物方案;对照组为63人,实施单纯口服治疗乳腺增生药物治疗。评价患者在入组治疗前与治疗后4周的VAS评分,并比较两组治疗的疗效差异。结果:两组患者经治疗后,疼痛评分均有明显改善,治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论:乳腺疼痛并非由单纯的乳腺增生引起,对合并有背部疼痛不适的非周期性乳腺疼痛的患者进行整脊治疗,对于改善患者疼痛症状效果突出。在乳腺疼痛的治疗过程中,不能忽视小关节紊乱综合征,应做常规鉴别诊断。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of American chiropractic on breast pain. Methods： 122 patients with non-periodic breast pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group （59 cases） was treated with American chiropractic therapy and oral mammary gland hyperplasia drugs, the control group （ 63 cases） was treated only with oral mammary gland hyperplasia drugs. VAS scores of the patients were evaluated the effects difference between the two groups before and after 4 weeks. Results： After treatment, the pain scores were improved significantly both of the two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusions： Breast pain is not caused by simple mammary hyperplasia, treating patients with aperiodic pain and a discomfort in the back pian by chiropractic were effective on improving the patient＇s pain symptoms. It should not ignore the small joint disorder syndrome in the treatment of breast pain, should be routine differential diagnosis.
