摘  要:利用可再生和可回收再利用资源是非织造布工业可持续发展的重要趋势。随着人们环保意识的增强,生物基聚合物材料的开发和应用已在业内引起广泛关注,新一代生物基非织造布产品正渐成规模进入市场。据权威调研,消费者更喜欢环境友好的产品,尤其是取材于可再生资源的医疗与个人护理用品。本文从技术、装备、产品等角度全面介绍了国内外生物基聚合物在纺熔非织造布中的应用研究现状,并对这一领域的市场需求及面临的挑战进行了深入分析。Reclamation of resources has become an important trend for sustainable development of nonwoven industry. As people's awareness of environmental protection enhanced, the development and application of bio-based polymer materials have become an industry-wide focus and new generation of bio- based nonwovens have entered into market on a large scale. Authoritative study shows that consumers prefer environment-friendly products, especially those medical and personal-care articles made from regenerated resources. In this paper, the current applications of bio-based polymers in spun-melt nonwovens both at home and abroad are reviewed from the angles of technology, equipment and products, the demand for such products on market and the challenges confi'onting this sector are analyzed.
