摘 要:随着再造烟叶在卷烟生产中的广泛应用,其处理技术也在不断发展。其中Fenton氧化工艺具有很强的氧化性,能进一步去除难降解有机物。本文通过设计正交实验,探究了废水的pH值变化、H_2O_2加入量、Fe^(2+)加入量对COD_(Cr)去除率效果的影响,通过极差分析得出pH值的变化对COD_(Cr)去除率的影响最大,其次是Fe^(2+)加入量。实验通过直观观察与理论分析,得出Fenton氧化的最佳操作条件是:pH=4,H_2O_2加入量为5mL/L,Fe^(2+)/H_2O_2为1.5即硫酸亚铁投加量为18.4g/L。此时COD_(Cr)去除率高于80%,并通过进一步的验证实验证明了结果的准确性。With the wide application of reforged tobacco in cigarette production, the reforged tobacco wastewater treatment technology is also developing. The oxidation process of Fenton has strong oxidation ability, which can further remove refractory organics. In this paper, orthogonal experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of pH value, H202 addition, Fe2+ addition on the removal efficiency of CODer. Through the range analysis, it was found that the change of pH value had the greatest effect on the CODer removal rate, followed by the addition of Fez+. Through visual observation and theoretical analysis, it was concluded that the optimal operating conditions of Fenton oxidation were: pH = 4, the addition of H202 was 5mL/L, Fe^2+/H2O2 was 1.5, that is, the dosage of ferrous sulfate is 18.4g/1. At this time, the removal rate of CODer was higher than 80 %, and the accuracy of the results was proved by further verification experiments.
