摘　　要：随着高校对大学生心理健康教育的重视,阅读疗法在高校图书馆阅读推广活动中备受推崇,有其时代的必要性,有助高校图书馆践行育人使命。信息化时代,高校图书馆利用微信公众平台深入开展阅读疗法,既有技术运用的普及性又有一定的工作前期经验与基础。关于如何开展实施包括阅读疗法服务平台构建以及措施配套仍需不断摸索和探讨。The reading therapy has been getting more and more importance in the reading promotion of university libraries in recent years due to its significance for the psychological health education of college students, which reflects the necessity of the time and helps library undertake the mission of talent cultivation. In the information age, university library can apply the wechat public platform to undertake reading therapy, which has the feasibility and practical basis, and the service platform construction and supporting measures need to be discussed and explored.
