摘　　要：针对高校图书馆社会化服务的现状,从图书馆责任义务与意识自觉的角度出发,探讨开展高校图书馆社会化服务的必要性。分析提出用以支撑社会化服务的各项政策的制定不仅重要且需体现图书馆精神,从社会化服务实施策略方面提出几点建议。高校社会化服务的全面展开不仅仅是责任意识的重塑,更是高校图书馆自身面对信息技术环境变化时观念与服务的转型提升。In view of the current situation of social service in university library, this paper discussed the necessity of carrying out the social service of university library from the angle of the responsibility and consciousness of library, and analyzed that the policy to support the development of social service was not only important and need to reflect the spirit of library, and put forward some suggestions from the implementation of social service. It was not only the awakening of responsibility sense, but also the transformation and upgrading of the concept and service of university library itself facing the change of information technology environment.
