摘  要:目的探讨LIAISON化学发光一次性反应杯清洗后重复利用对检测系统的影响,为降低检测成本寻求路径。方法回收一次性反应杯,采用本室配制的清洗液及制定的清洗流程进行清洗,每周(连续8周)用电子卡尺对反应杯的几何性状(长、厚、高)进行测量,然后LIAISON化学发光设备检测本底(BGW)及光检(Light-Check)相对光强度(RUL)等系统性能指标,评估对检测系统的影响。结果观察期内反应杯厚度减小差异有统计学意义(F=5.84,P=0.00),6周及以上使用周数较新杯缩小(P<0.05);长和高变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。BGW RUL随使用次数增多后而增高,Light-Check RUL则相反,二者组间变化差异均有统计学意义(F=29.58,F=16.22,P均<0.05);4周及以上使用周数BGW RUL较新杯升高(P<0.05),但至5周时才突破厂家正常范围;6周及以上使用周数Light-Check RUL较新杯下降(P<0.05)。BGW RUL精密度于4周时变差(P<0.05),而Light-Check在观察范围使用周期内无变化(P>0.05)。结论一次性化学发光反应杯通过标准流程及适宜的洗涤剂清洗后,在4周范围内使用不会对设备系统性能造成明显影响,重复清洗利用反应杯存在可能,可在一定程度上节约成本,与当前降"收费标准""耗占比""检占比"的医改政策相符。Objective To investigate the effect of reused LIAISON disposable cuvettes after cleaning on the detection system, and to find a way to reduce the detection cost. Methods Collected and cleaned the disposable cuvettes with the special detergent abiding by the standard cleaning procedure and measured their geometric characteristics (length, thickness and height) by electronic calipers every week (total 8 weeks). Then measured the system performance index such as the relative light intensity (RUL) of background (BGW) and Light-Check of the chemiluminescence device, and evaluated the influence on the detection system. Results The thickness of the reused cuvettes decreased obviously and there was statistical significance during the observation period (F=5.84, P=0.00). In the 6th week and later, the thickness of the reused cuvettes decreased obviously than the new cuvettes (P〈O.05). There was no statistical significance in the change of length and height (P〉0.05). The BGW RUL increased with the reused times, but the change of Light- Check RUL was inverse, the change of them had statistical significance between different groups (F=29.58, F= 16.22, P〈0.05). After 4th week and later, the BGW RUL of each reused group cuvettes increased obviously than that of the new group (P〈0.05) , but it did not reach the normal range until fifth week. The Light-Check RUL of the reused cuvettes decreased significantly than that of the new cuvettes in 6th week and later (P〈0.05). The precision of BGW RUL was significantly worse at 4th week (P〈0.05), while there was no significant change was observed in the precision of Light-Check during the observation period (P〉0.05). Conclusion Reuse of the disposable cuvettes could not influence the performance of the system within 4 weeks by cleaning with standard procedure and special detergent, it was possible to reuse the cuvettes and could save the cost certainly.
