弯曲井段下壁厚对波纹管膨胀性能的影响

摘  要:随着钻井技术的发展,膨胀波纹管在堵漏、封隔、封固复杂地层的应用更广泛。在现场应用中可能会遭遇不同的井形,其中弯曲井段是最为复杂。目前,壁厚对膨胀波纹管性能影响的研究尚不深入。通过ABAQUS仿真建模分析,比较弯曲井段不同壁厚下波纹管长轴处内径和不圆度随内压的变化规律,得到壁厚对波纹管膨胀的影响规律。对两种壁厚下波纹管的焊缝进行膨胀模拟,评价焊缝的安全状况。为波纹管在复杂地层的应用提供理论支持。With the development of drilling technology,the application of expansion bellows in plugging,packing and sealing complex stratum is more extensive.And in the field of application,it maybe encounter different wells,but bending section is the most complex and common.At present,the study of the influence of wall thickness on the performance of the inflated bellows is not deep.In this paper,according to ABAQUS simulation modeling and analysis,comparing the variation law of long axis diameter and out-of-roundness of bellows with the internal pressure under the different wall thickness,and then the influence of wall thickness on the expansion of bellows was obtained.The expansion of the weld seam of two kinds of wall thickness bellow is simulated to evaluate the safety of the weld.So those studies provide theoretical support for the field application of bellows.
