南阳市产褥期抑郁症病因的调查分析和防范措施

摘　　要：目的调查南阳市产妇产褥期抑郁症发病情况,分析其病因,并制订防范措施 .方 技 选 取 2014年1 0月？2016 年9月本院1650例产妇为研究对象,应用爱丁堡产后抑郁症量表（ EPDS）对产妇进行评估筛查,对疑似产褥期抑郁症患者 进行确诊,分析病因,依据病因制订防范措施,结果 经 EPDS量表筛查并确诊,本 院 1650例产妇中患产褥期抑郁症294例, 发病率为17. 82%;43. 37%患者受到生理因素影响,68. 48%患者受到心理因素影响,39. 12%患者受到分娩因素影响, 66. 89%患者受到社会因素影响.结论本调查研究发现,南阳市产妇产褥期抑郁症发病率为17. 82%,产褥期抑郁症发病主 要受心理因素、社会因素、生理因素、分娩因素影响.通过实施相应防范措施,减轻致病因素对产妇的影响,有利于防范产妇 出现产褥期抑郁症.Objective To investigate the incidence of depression in the puerperium of pregnant women in Nanyang City, to analyze the causes and to develop the precautions. Methods 1650 pregnant women in our hospital from October 2014 to Sep-tember 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale （EPDS） was used to evaluate the maternal, and the patients with suspected puerperal depression were diagnosed and analyzed. Draw up precautions accord-ing to the etiology. Results After screening and confirmed by EPDS scale, 294 cases of 1650 cases of depression in the puerpe-rium were found in our hospital, with the incidence rate of 17. 82%. 43. 37% patients were affected by physiological factors, 68. 48% patients were affected by psychological factors, and 39. 12% patients were affected by childbirth factors, and 66. 89 % patients were affected by social factors. Conclusion The study found that the incidence of depression in the puerperi-um in Nanyang was 17. 82% , and the incidence of depression in the puerperium was mainly affected by psychological, social, physiological and childbirth factors. Through the implementation of corresponding precautions, it can reduce the impact of pathogenic factors on the maternal, and help to prevent the occurrence of depression in the puerperium.
