摘　　要：目的：探讨胃癌根治术中淋巴结清扫数目对不同病理分期胃癌患者预后的影响.方法：回顾性 D2 根治术的胃癌 患者624例,比较不同淋巴结清扫数目对不同病理分期胃癌患者5年生存率的影响.结果：中位生存期为58月,术后5年 生存率为52. 2%.相同 TNM分期,15？29个淋巴结清扫数目组5年生存率优于〈14个淋巴结清扫数目组（ P〈0. 05）;各 分期〉30个淋巴结清扫数目组与15？29个淋巴结清扫数目组差异（ P〉0. 05）.结论：较多的淋巴结清扫数目可能改善胃 癌患者的预后,即使在 T1期胃癌中也可以显著提高总体患者的生存期.Objective To investigate the radical resection of gastric cancer in the number of resected lymph nodes of dif-ferent pathological staging in patients with gastric cancer prognosis. Methods ： A retrospective review of 624 patients with gastric cancer radical resection of D2 cases, 5 years survival rate between the different effects of the number of negative lymph nodes of different pathological stages of gastric cancer patients. Results the median survival time was 58 months？and the 5 year survival rate was 52. 2%. The same 15- 2 9 TNM stage,number of lymph node dissection group is better than the 5 year sur-vival rate is less than 14 the number of lymph node group （P〈0 . 05） ; the 30 stage is greater than or equal to the number of lymph node group and 15^29 a number of lymph node dissection group （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion the number of lymph node dissection may improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. Even in stage T1 gastric cancer,the overall survival of the patients can be significantly improved.
