关节镜下清理术联合透明质酸钠注射治疗老年膝骨关节炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析关节镜下清理术联合透明质酸钠注射治疗老年膝骨关节炎的效果.方法回顾选取2015年1月-2016 年1月于本院接受医治的101例膝骨关节炎老年患者临床资料,依据医治方式的不同,分设为对照组（44例）与研究组（57 例）,对照组关节镜下施行清理术,研究组于此基础上接受透明质酸钠注射,比对两组 VAS评分、 Lysholm评 分 及 IL-6、 TNF -a 指标 D结果 研究组 VAS评分、 Lysholm评分均优于对照组（ P〈0. 05）;且研究组 IL-6 、TNF -a 指标水平均优于 对照组（ P〈0. 05h 结论对膝骨关节炎患者施行关节镜下清理术联合透明质酸钠医治可缓解患者关节疼痛,加快患肢康 复,并改善 IL-6与 TNF - a 水平,值得推广.Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic clearance combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the elderly. Methods A total of 101 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis from Janu-ary 2015 to January 2016 were divided into the control group （n = 44） and observation group （n=57） according to treatment methods. The control group was treated with arthroscopy clearance. The observation group received arthroscopic clearance combined with sodium hyaluronate injection. The VAS and Lysholm scores, IL -6 and INF - a levels were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of VAS and Lysholm of the study group were better than those of the control group （P〈C 0. 05）. The levels of IL^6 and TNF-a in the study group were better than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic clearance combined with sodium hyaluronate injection can relieve pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis, in-crease the recovery of limb, and improve the levels of IL -6 and INF -a,worthy of clinical application.
