Acutrak螺针与空心螺针治疗Lisfranc关节损伤的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究 Acutrak螺钉（空心变距无头拉力螺钉）与空心螺钉治疗 Lisfranc关节损伤的临床效果 .方 泫选 取本院收治的 Usfranc关节损伤患者 6 6例,根据内固定方式不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组 3 5例患者采用 Acutrak螺钉 内固定治疗,对照组 31例患者采用空心螺钉内固定治疗.结果 观察组的优良率为 82. 86%（29/35）,对照组的优良率为 61. 29%（19/31）,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（ P〈0 . 0 5 ） ;两组并发症比较差异无统计学意义（ P〉0 . 05）.结论 Acutrak螺钉治疗 Usfranc关节损伤临床疗效优于空心螺钉,能建立稳定的内固定,恢复患者的足部功能,安全性高,具 有较高的推广价值.Objective To compare the clinical effect of Acutrak screw （cannulated variable pitch headless lag screw） and cannulated screw in the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury. Methods 66 patients with Lisfranc joint injury admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by the type of internal fixation. 35 patients in the observation group were treated with Acutrak screw fixation and 31 patients in the control group were treated with cannulated screw fixa-tion. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 82. 8 6 % （29/35） , and the control group was 61. 2 9% （19/31） , the excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than of the control group, the difference was statis-tically significant （P〈C〇. 05）. There was no significant difference in terms of the complications of the two groups （P〉 0. 05）.Conclusion Acutrak screw, which can establish stable internal fixation and restore the foot function of patients, is superior to cannulated screws in the treatment of Lisfranc joint injuries. It has high safety and high spreading value.
