α-硫辛酸联合甲钻胺治疗糖尿病调围神经病变36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病周围神经病变患者给予 α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺的临床效果进行观察和研究.方法研究对象选取 本院进行糖尿病周围神经病变治疗的 3 6例患者,并随机分为对照组和观察组各 1 8 人 ,给予对照组患者1m g甲钴注射液,而 观察组则在此基础上在进行 0. 6 g的《-硫辛酸注射液,为其 1 4 d的疗程.结果 通过对比两组患者的神经传导速度和临床 症状,在疗效的总有效率上,观察组是观察 88. 8 9% ,而对照组则是 61. 1 1% ,对照组明显要低于观察组很多,统计学意义成 立（ P〈0. 05）;在进行治疗的过程中,在 3 6例患者中没有-人有不良反应的发生.结论在进行糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗 中,通过应用甲钴胺联合α-硫辛酸,获得了显著的治疗效果,并且没有过多的风险性,在日后诊断和治疗的过程中应该将其 高度的重视起来,Objective To give in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of alpha lipoic acid joint researches on the clinical effect of cobalt amine observation and research. Methods the research object to choose our treatment for diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy of the 36 patients,and the 18 people were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients＇ 1 mg cobalt injection, while the observation group based on the 0. 6 g of alpha lipoic acid injection, 14 d of treatment for it. Results by comparing the two groups of patients with nerve conduction velocity and the clinical symp-toms, the curative effect on the total effective rate of observation group is 88. 89% , while the control group is 61. 11% , the control group obviously a lot less than group, established statistical significance （P〈0 . 05） ; In the process of treatment, no one in the 36 patients have adverse reactions occur. Conclusion in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, by applying a combination of alpha lipoic acid cobalt amine, received a significant treatment effect, and there is no too much risk, in the process of diagnosis and treatment in the future should be attention to the height.
