玉屏风散合生脉饮对支气管哮喘患者外周血Th17/Treg细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风散合生脉饮对支气管哮喘患者外周血Thl7/Trg细胞因子的影响。方法将114例支气管哮喘患者随机分为沙美组和联合组各57例,沙美组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉剂吸入治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予玉屏风散合生脉饮治疗,观察2组治疗前后Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg、IL-17、IL-10、IL-10/IL-17水平及肺功能,统计2组治疗效果和哮喘急性发作次数。结果治疗后联合组Th17、Th17/Treg、IL-17水平均显著低于沙美组(P均<0.05),Treg、IL-10和IL/10/IL-17水平及FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%均显著高于沙美组(P均<0.05);联合组疗效显著优于沙美组(P<0.05),哮喘急性发作次数明显少于沙美组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散合生脉饮可通过调节Th17/Treg免疫平衡,提高支气管哮喘临床治疗效果,减少急性发作次数,具有临床推广价值。Objective It is to observe the effects of Yupingfeng powder combined with Shenmai decoction on peripheral blood Th17/Treg cytokines in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 114 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into salmeterol group and combined group,each group had 57 cases. Salmetorol group was treated with salmeterol assigned powder inhalation,while combined group was treated with Yupingfeng powder combined with Shenmai decoction on the basis of treatment in salmetorol group. The levels of Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg,IL-17,IL-10,IL-10/IL-17 and lung function before and after treatment were observed,curative effects were evaluated and attacking times of acute asthma were recorded in both groups. Results After treatment,the levels of Th17,Th17/Treg,IL-17 were significantly lower,while the levels of Treg,IL-10 and IL-10/IL-17,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,FEV1% were significantly higher in combined group than those in salmetorol group（ P〈0. 05）. the curative effect were better while the attacking times of acute asthma were less in combined group than those in salmetorol group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yupingfeng powder combined with Shenmaiying decoction could improve clinical curative effect and reduce the attacking times by regulating the immune balance of Th17/Treg in the treatment of bronchial asthma,they are worthy of clinical popularization and application.
