摘　　要：目的探讨早产儿使用RetCam 3小儿广角眼底照相系统进行眼底筛查的护理配合。方法应用RetCam3小儿广角眼底照相系统为137例早产儿进行眼底筛查,按护理方法的不同将其分为观察组(n=69)和对照组(n=68)。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上于检查前对早产儿进行2min头面部抚触按摩。观察并记录2组患儿筛查前、中、后的反应,统计筛查时间、眼部损伤以及筛查后不良情绪的发生情况。结果筛查前主要为扩瞳药的反应;筛查中主要为患儿抵抗、剧烈哭闹、呼吸暂停等情绪反应;筛查后主要表现为眼睑、结膜、角膜的损伤。观察组筛查时间、不良情绪以及眼部损伤发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用RetCam 3小儿广角眼底照相系统进行眼底筛查,积极的护理配合加适当的抚触按摩可减少患儿检查中的抵抗、哭闹等不良情绪,减少筛查时间,降低检查后眼部损伤,也可使医护患关系更为和谐。Objective To explore the nursing coordination for fundus screening with RetCam 3wide-field digital imaging system in premature infants.Methods Fundus screening was performed with RetCam 3 wide-field digital imaging system in 137 premature infants.These infants were randomly divided into observation group（n=69）and control group（n=68）.Both groups received routine nursing intervention.In addition,infants in experimental group were given 2 minutes of head and face touching before screening.The responses of infants were recorded before,during and after screening.In addition,screening time and incidence of eye injuries and adverse emotions were measured in both groups.Results The mydriatic drug response was the main adverse effect before screening.The resistance,intense crying and apnea were the main adverse effect during screening.The eyelid,conjunctiva and cornea were the main adverse effect after screening.Compared with control group,the screening time was shortened and the incidence of eye injuries and adverse emotions were reduced in observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing coordination and proper touching can reduce adverse emotions and eye injuries,shorten screening time,and improve doctor-nurse-patient relationship in fundus screening with RetCam 3 wide-field digital imaging system.
