摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)治疗效果的影响。方法将900例AR患儿按护理方法的不同分为对照组(350例)和干预组(550例),2组均予常规药物治疗。对照组予常规护理;干预组在此基础上予系统的个体化健康教育,比较2组患儿AR相关知识的掌握情况。结果 AR的含义、药物治疗知识和用药指导、日常生活知识、饮食知识、运动知识、并发症及危害性等认知水平的比较,干预组高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论通过系统的个体化健康教育可以得到患儿及家庭的支持和配合,从而提高AR的疗效和患儿生存质量,减轻家庭和社会的负担。Objective To explore the effect of health education on allergic rhinitis(AR)in children.Methods A total of 900 children with AR were treated with conventional drugs.In addition,these children were given routine nursing care alone(control group,n=350)or in combination with systematic individualized health education(intervention group).AR-related knowledge was compared between the two groups.Results The levels of knowledge about meaning of AR,drug therapy,medication guidance,daily life,diet,exercise,complication and perniciousness in intervention group were higher than those in control group(P〈0.001).Conclusion The systematic individualized health education can get the support and cooperation of children and their families,improve the therapeutic effect of AR and the life quality of children,and reduce the burden of family and society.
