摘 要:番禺油田上部油藏属于海相砂岩稠油油藏,下部油藏属于海相砂岩稀油油藏,早期开发策略为开采下部的稀油油藏为主、兼顾上部稠油油藏。随着地质油藏认识的不断更新,油田储量规模的不断增大,实施了以开发上部稠油油藏为主的调整项目。针对调整项目实施完毕后,稠油油藏开采井数大幅增加,单井液量、含水上升快,FPSO(浮式生产储油卸油装置)油处理能力、海管混输能力一定程度受限等问题,综合考虑油藏、井筒、地面设施之间的制约关系,提出了地质油藏特点认识—动态分析—动态指标预测—管网一体化研究—产液结构优化方案—近期措施建议—实施效果评价的一体化研究流程,对稠油油藏在生产水平井进行了产液结构优化研究,找到了油藏提液的潜力,得到了油藏合理的提液时机(含水率80%左右)及幅度(20%左右),通过多方法、多因素相结合系统的研究,优化了油田及单井的生产方案,跟踪评价近期实施方案取得了较好的提液效果。The upper reservoir of Panyu Oilfield belonged to a heavy oil reservoir of marine sandstone,the lower belonged to a sandstone thin oil reservoir.The early development strategy was based on the production of thin oil reservoirs in the lower part,and taken into account the heavy-oil reservoir in the upper part.With the continuous updating of the geological reservoirs and the continuously increasing the scale of oilfield reserves,the oilfield adjustment project was carried out for the development of heavy oil reservoir.After the completion of the adjustment project,the wells in heavy oil reservoirs were raised,the fluid production and water cut of single well were increased significantly,the capacity of FPSO and the mixed transportation of the pipeline were limited.In consideration of the constrains between the reservoirs,well bore and surface facilities,the integrated research procedures are proposed,which include the recognition of geological reservoir,dynamic analysis,dynamic index forecast,integration study of network,the scheme of fluid production structure optimization,suggestions for recent measures and evaluation on implementation effect.The optimization of fluid production in horizontal wells of heavy-oil reservoirs is carried out.The potential of fluid extraction in the reservoirs is found out.The time(the water cut is about 80%)and magnitude(about 20%)of reasonable fluid extraction are obtained.Through the combination study of multiple methods and factors,the production plan of the oilfield and the single well is optimized.Good results are achieved by tracking evaluation of the recent implementation of the program.
