表面活性剂复配对丙纶无纺布亲水性的影响

摘  要:丙纶无纺布具有强度高和耐磨损等诸多优点,但亲水性较差。本文用十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温-80、磷酸钠进行表面活性剂的复配并对丙纶无纺布进行亲水性处理。以pH、温度、时间作为正交试验的三个因素,采用直观分析法和方差分析法检测丙纶无纺布的亲水性。实验结果表明,处理后的丙纶无纺布亲水性明显提高,最佳处理工艺条件为:温度70℃,时间60min,pH=8(弱碱条件)。Polypropylene non-woven fabric possess many merits such as high st rength,good abra-sion resistance and many other advantages ? but it has a very poor hydrophilic property. In this experi-ment, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,sodium dodecyl sulfate?tween-80 and sodium phosphate were compound to modify polypropylene non-woven fabric. Three factors , which are pH, temperature and time were chosen for orthogonal test. The hydrophilicity property of polypropylene non-woven fabric is measured by method of intuitive analysis and variance analysis respectively. The analysis results showed an obviously improvement in hydrophilicity of polypropylene non-woven fabric after treatment , which expanding the application areas of polypropylene non-woven fabrics. The optimum process parameters this test showed was: 70°C ,60min and pH = 8.
