摘　　要：作为文献保存和文学传播的重要形式之一,辑选评点在中国文学史上具有悠久的历史传统。或出于切磋共砥的兴趣爱好,或自任以审美范式的独树高标,作者的情性理思构成并体现了文学批评史发展与流衍的灵动要素。潘世恩出身书香世家,其由状元而至宰辅的仕履,造极潘氏荣名之赫显。事功之外,潘世恩赋学、诗学及史学修为均具典型性特点,于时代文学、学术印记之描摹提供了观照之懿范。声名的硕望宿德,促使其文学评点审美范式的宗擘自任。反映在赋学上,即是《律赋正宗》的编纂刊刻。文章阐明《律赋正宗》辑选的缘起及其篇目,论析其律赋评点的特征,揭示律赋发展美学崇尚的时代蕴涵。As the measure of document preservation and literature spreading,anthology and commentary has a long historical standing in literary history.Due to hobbies and interests or by self-expectation,the authors＇ emotions reflect the intelligent of literary criticism history.Pan-Shi＇en who lived in meddle and late term of Qing Dynasty was a top candidate in the highest imperial examination and became a famous politician and scholar afterwards.Prestigious position motivated his authoritative criterion in artistic conceptions criticism and caused the comiling of the anthology of traditional regulated prose-poem.The thesis expound the origin of the anthology of traditional regulated prose-poem and declare it＇s table of contents.Analysis the commentaries of the anthology and reveal time characteristics contained in it.
