磷酸奥司他韦联合炎琥宁治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察磷酸奥司他韦联合炎琥宁治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒(甲型流感)的临床效果。方法选取医院确诊为甲型流感的患儿200例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予炎琥宁注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒口服治疗。观察2组治疗后临床效果、主要症状和体征持续时间、抗生素使用情况,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为84.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组鼻塞/流涕、发热持续时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组抗生素使用率为14.00%,低于对照组的38.00%(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率为12.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为14.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸奥司他韦联合炎琥宁治疗儿童甲型流感效果明显,且安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules and Potassium Sodium Pehydroandrographolide Succinate in the treatment of children＇s influenza A（ influenza A）. Methods Two hundred children diagnosed influenza A selected from our hospital between were divided into observation group and control group in accordance with random number table,with 100 cases in each group. Control group given Potassium Sodium Pehydroandrographolide Succinate injection and observation group additionally administered oseltamivir phosphate granules for oral therapy on the basis of in the treatment group. The clinical effects,main symptoms and signs duration,antibiotic use,and adverse events were recorded.Results The total response rate of observation group（ 84. 00%） was significantly higher than control group（ 70. 00%）（ P〈0. 05）. The time of symptom relief stuffy as nasal obstruction,nose running and fever in observation group were significantly shorter than in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The usage of antibiotic in observation group（ 14. 00%） was significantly shorter than control group（ 38. 00%）（ P〈0. 01）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12. 00% and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 14. 00%. There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Oseltamivir and Potassium Sodium Pehydroandrographolide Succinate for pediatric influenza A has productive clinical efficacy and high safety index level.
